So I decided not to go to the Ska show afterall...I thought that I might regret it,but I don't. The fact is that they actually have been here more than once and therefore I'm sure that they will return again sometime.

I did however go out with Morgan to help celebrate Tania's and her boyfriend's birthday. Unfortunately towards the beginning of the night I had a tension headache. It certainly did not help when I was going through a second set of doors, looked back for a second, and smashed my face against the edge of the door as I was proceeding into the casino/bowling place we went to. My head hurt like hell thereafter.

Despite the massive head pain I still decided to go to the Drum and Monkey with everyone, and have a couple of pints. I was possibly one of the few that was sober last night. I had a long chat with Morgan's friend Trevor which was alright, and Morgan was the little social butterfly as usual:) Tania, well if she was drunk, she kept quite a good composure. She seemed quite pleased with the night. Their friend Janet was utterly smashed and when she saw approached me she reminded me of the time we had a bit of an out and she thought I considered her a bitch, meanwhile she got rid of my headache by teaching me how to properly apply pressure on the pressure points in my hands lol

The music playing at the bar was fucking great, better than usual. They played English Beat and early 90's brit alternative(ie. The La's) even early Oasis and yes...I was a fan of the early 90's brit alternative music when I was younger. I'm proud to say that and nope..its not a guilty pleasure :D

The crowd was packed into the bar like sardines in a can...couldn't barely move, but by 12:30am it was slowly getting better to move about and I got finally got a better view of the doorman:) Yes...I fancied him physically last night, as I did the last time I was there. I think he has great style. And by the end of the night, he was told that, in a drunken state by another person. I'm slightly embarrassed. lol

Anyhow...the night was alright, we talked, we drank, we laughed, we hugged, we ate, we smoked, we spent we lost drinks, we lost personal items, we gained friends, etc etc.

The last thing I saw last night before leaving the bar was this:

"I write mediocre songs for melancholy people" Written on the wall in a bathroom stall....yeah,ok.
