Curled up in an armchair near the window, Amelie scans the job offers in the local paper. She's dying to to get to the page where the flats for rental are, but she knows she can't commit to something like that until she finds a job

Hoping to find something unique to pass along to a friend or two, Inman steps into the chocolate shop. He stands by the door for a moment, absorbing the myriad of scents, all sweet and intoxicating. Gathering his self control, he steps up to the display case and begins to puruse the offerings.
Anakin has simply been wandering about, curious about his surroundings, apparently. He'd spent the entire morning sparring with Obi-Wan and his tired muscles were quite loudly informing him of that fact. Smelling the heavenly scent of chocolate, the padawan decides he has earned a bit of a reward and enters the chocolaterie to decide just what to reward himself with.
((ooc-*fangirls Inman* I loved him in Cold Mountain, I'm so glad someone's picked him up for TM. :) ))
Inman turns when the door opens, offers a smile to the young man who enters, then returns his attention to the chocolate gododies behind the glass counter.
Anakin returns Inman's smile and steps up beside him to inspect all the chocolates for sale, he's more than a little overwhelmed by all the different choices. "Which ones do you like the best?"
Inman shrugs. "In truth, I don't know. They all look quite tempting. I am fond of caramel. And toffee. And...everything chocolate." Suddenly remembering his manners, Inman offers his hand. "Most people call me Inman. It's a pleasure to meet you."
Anakin laughs and shakes Inman's hand, "My name is Anakin, it's a pleasure to meet you as well. And I feel the same way about chocolate, though I don't get to eat it very often."
"Nor do I, Anakin." Inman likes the way the young man's name sounds on his tongue. "Although it is a treat I indulge in at times. Today I am looking to buy something spcial for a couple friends of mine."
He grins, "I'm afraid I'm not being nearly so selfless, I came in here to treat myself. Though now that I think about it, I may as well buy some for my friends, too." I forgot to mention, that he's essentially in "civilian" clothes, so he doesn't just look out of place at first glance, though there is an odd silvery cylinder hanging from his belt...
Inman smiles, noticing the odd bit of silver hanging from Anakin's belt. He debates for a moment if he should inquire about it, and decides he is too curious not to. He raises an eyebrow. "That is quite a stunning piece. May I ask what it is?"
Amelie smiles and joins the two men, offering a tray of chocolate samples.
"You cannot choose until you've had a taste yourself! Here, dark chocolate, milk chocolate, white chocolate," she explains, indicating each delicacy. "The dark chocolate goes best with fillings like coffee or liqueur. The milk chocolate is perfect with all kind of nuts, these are pistachios and macadamia. The white chocolate needs tangy fruit fillings, here you have pineapple and raspberry. And these," she says pointing to a mound of small, strangely shaped chocolate pearls in the center of the tray are chocolate-covered raisins. Please, try them."
Anakin smiles at Amelie and chooses a dark chocolate, a white chocolate, a milk chocolate, and one of the raisins. His face gets that blissful expression that can only come from indulging in really lovely chocolate, "It's a good thing this place isn't anywhere near the Temple or Master Obi-Wan'd start lecturing me about my weight!"
