I found this in my notebook, I think I wrote it sometime last summer in the middle of the night while living down on Lafayette St. Yes, it is kind of a rip-off of something. Extra double bonus points if you can name what it is. I think I originally intended it as lyrics for a song?

This is Just To Say
By Amelia Granger

This is just to say I'm sorry
I want all of your friends
More than you.
This is just to say I'm sorry
I said you were easy
But it's true.
This is just to say I'm sorry
You don't care.
This is just to say I'm sorry
That you don't like me
Anymore than I like you.

PS: I am NOT thinking it's a rip-off of that bullshit "Ten Things I Hate About You" poem. Because it's not. Negative points will be rewarded for that association. I don't seriously think it's a good poem. It's a good "middle of the night" poem.
