Ugh, one more week of Chinese class and it's all over.
Today was the also the first time I went to the school building on my own. I took the bus to, then when it was over, I took the taxi back home. Mom had written the name of where we lived on a piece of paper, and I showed it to the driver since I still can't say it in Chinese.
She had given me an estimated amount of money, so when I was running low, kept checking the mile meter, I told the driver to stop near the sidewalk once we were close and I recognized some of the buildings, including a Starbucks.
I didn't get lost.
Go me.
I need to watch Slayers Next when we return to California. Next is being shown here on TV and I can't read the Chinese subtitles. ;.;
It's been YEARS. I don't even remember what happens in some of the episodes, and many of them are quite random. I wish I had brought the DVD's with me. ;.; Three more weeks...
