Beach trip and dead community.
Meh, I don't feel like spamming everyone with a super-long entry about the beach trip on Sunday, so I'll be brief.
Basically Mom, my brother and I went with a long-time family friend and her husband whom have not seen since I was very little. I knew their sons, but we're not very close.
It was a long drive outside the city and we visited the urban area when we left at one that afternoon. The weather was fine, and the best part was visiting the beach. It was awesome, but there was litter everywhere. At the same time, it was horrible, too. They really need to clean up the trash. ._.
I got pictures, so when we get back to California, I'll be posting them here.
Then we had dinner at a really beautiful seafood restaurant. There was a beautiful bridge that went over the lake, and after we ate, we walked over and visited the port. My mom's friend took pictures on her cell phone and she'll be e-mailing them to me. <3
We didn't get home until nine-thirty in the evening, and we were exhausted. Bought some souvenirs, too.
Next time we go, I really want to ride on the boats.
Different topic: I finally found a Rugrats community, but it's dead. *CRIES*
This hurts when you've been a life-long Rugrats fan since it first aired on TV. ._.
No one has posted for over three years, it's like it was abandoned. And it's still there.
