Wedding lunch party.
My uncle had a relative who was getting married today. So we were invited to their wedding lunch party at a really nice hotel. Myself, my brother, my mom, my grandmother, the housekeeper, and my uncle. We all had to really squeeze into his car, which wasn't very big.
We sat at a table with my uncle's siblings. He has like, five brothers and three sisters. None whom I knew, but dang! That's a lot of siblings. o_O
Honestly? The party was -REALLY- boring, at least for my brother and I. We didn't even -know- the couple. The bride was pretty, the ballroom was gorgeous and shiny, but the speeches were long, and I didn't understand a word of it.
Gregory and I left to explore the hotel to kill some time before the food finally came.
And it was a LOT. We stayed at the hotel for about three hours stuffing our faces. We all skipped dinner. XD I have to say the food was definitely the best part. It was a lunch party after all.
It started to rain. Mom, Greg and I took the monorail and headed for the zoo. Unfortunately, the zoo wasn't open until five in the afternoon, and we were a half hour early. I don't know what the deal was, but I'm guessing the zoo opened and closed at different shifts.
Worse, the rain had gotten worse. It rained cats and dogs, literally. The trip was a disappointment so we left. -.- It sucked going to the zoo in the rain to begin with.
Hopefully if we go again, it will be nice day.
Awesome, The Incredibles on the Disney Channel, subtitled in Chinese. It's like the only channel where we have the option of switching the language to either Chinese or English.
