They totally do, JUST LOOK AT EVERY PROMO POSTER IN WHICH BOTH CHARACTERS APPEAR! I even remember a convo on ontd where someone didn't realize they were supposed to be siblings rather than a couple from these pictures.

I didn't realize they were siblings. :O I watched a fanmade video based off the leaked pilot and swore he was some dangerous, badboy that was in love with some nobleman's daughter. Then I watch the pilot and I'm literally like,
