Surprise! I am alive!
Hey all, yes I do still exist out here in hippie country. I'm working my ass off, thank the monkeys classes are done for a week.
It's pretty much official that I will be traveling to China for a 3-week intensive course in art in August. We get to visit three major cities (Hong Kong, Beijing, Jinan) and visit the university in Beijing. That's probably the most exciting part of the trip that's got me fired up. I can't wait to see their campus; they supposedly have some amazing life-size scultpures of important philosphers.
I've also applied to volunteer at the Siggraph convention in California. I won't know if I've been accepted until sometime in April. *cross my fingers* And I'll also be interviewing next week for an internship position for event planning with C3Events in Bend. *crosses my other set of fingers*
And the really big news----I will be graduating with a Bachelor of Science coming this June. It's scary and exciting all at once.
