My favourite is actually the origin of Santa story.

Do you mean 'Santa Claus is Comin' To Town', where he's young and red-haired and meets the lovely Jessica? I watched that one this year, too, and cried when they got married. :D

I meant to ask you about that upthread! I looked it up on IMDB and no, not only have I not seen it, I hadn't heard of it until you mentioned it. It sounds quite interesting.
