Japan #007: Tomorrow is the day!
Packing and goodbyes
My flight is scheduled for tomorrow 3 pm, but I'm still not freaking out yet.
Seems like I don't realize that starting tomorrow I'll be away from home for a whole year!
It will hit me when I'm on the plane. Or when I'm already in Japan. (Hope it won't be too bad!)
Packing looked like THIS today:
My luggage is too heavy! I'll need to put some things out of the suitcase before I go tomorrow. My family will need to send me all my winter clothing and shoes, anyway. So they can sent another few things as well. (This is gonna be expensive! But since I can't just buy clothing and shoes in Japan, I can't help it.)
Today I also had so say goodbye to my closest friends and relatives.
My best friend cried! (;_;)
I couldn't, because my brain doesn't realize what it means to be seperated from her for one year. But I assured her that I'm not completely gone. The internet makes the world so small we will be almost as close as always! We'll write each other, we can use Skype! It's not the same as actually seeing and touching each other... but it's just one year.
I'm gonna return for sure!
This one year will pass faster than we can imagine! Promise!
