Music and Disney?

Jul 27, 2008 10:55

On Monday, I bought a new PC's monitor because my old one was starting to suffere some crashes and it was quite small. Now I've got a 22inches/Weith screen and I can tell it's big.

But the best thing is I can see animations really well...

So I've enjoying some little jewels I hadn't seen since I was a child.

The first one is Disney's annimation movie "Sleepy Hollow", which I saw on TV when I was a child. Back them I found this movie was... different than usual Disney stuff, and I become intrigued about the Headless Horseman character. Later I learned this character is common in several West myths, so the one from novels is just a "remake" version.

Anyway, thanks to Youtube, I could see this animation movie again. Here is it...

This is the final part of the story, just when the Headless Horseman appears. Perhaps my favorite part.

"Sleepy Hollow" Disnely movie never was released in DVD, so you can find it in VHS and i-net media, only. But it doesn't happen the same with "Fantasia".
Actually I think "Fantasia" is a little animation jewel; my favorites parts are "The Sorcere's apprendice" and "A Night in the Bold Mountain". However, I'm going to share this AMV

This bellongs to the Centaur and Phauno fantasie, the one focused on classic myths, and perhaps it's the lessest popular piece. However, this piece with Adiemus music is really beautiful.

I like them. People doesn't live with anime, only ;-)
