New song for YOU!

So I was working on music today, and as a freak accident, managed to end up with a decent take on that acoustic song I've been working on! I had previously been recording it without a click track, because it's trickier to pull off expressive phrasing when the beat goes on. But I ended up veering off course too often. In the end, I decided to go for fluidity of motion over superb phrasing, but I think it turned out ok!

You can download it here! Like I said before, this is an expedition into previously unexplored territory, so I'd really like to know what you think about it.

Mirror mirror, on the wall
This isn't making any sense at all
The man that stands on the other side
I don't know how the bastard sleeps at night

Not to impose, but
could you introduce us?
I'll buy him a coffee for a smile
If he can spare a five

Mirror mirror, don't you see?
The man that stands inside you is not me.
The bags that drag underneath his eyes
Must cost him extra on a red eye flight

Mirror, tell me, what do you think?
Well should I buy the poor guy a drink?

Not to impose, but
could you introduce us?
I'll buy him a coffee for a smile
If he can spare a five

Mirror mirror, on the wall
