OMG Chocolate!
I had a hankering for ice cream earlier this afternoon, but I had no ice cream to devour and I didn't feel like driving to the store either. I stayed in my underwear and a small t-shirt all day, until I had to get dressed to go to work. Nothing like lazing around the house in your underwear watching anime, I say!
Anyways, back to my "hankering" for something sweet. I didn't feel like baking any confections either, but I remembered I had some brownie mixes in the cabinet. I made a quick batch, but realized the baking pan I wanted to use was dirty.. uh oh. So I used my pie pan instead and made "Mondo-Brownies" because it's really like Brownie Cake than regular brownies. It didn't help that I added an extra egg to make them extra cakey. mmmmmm..
They are heavenly delicious and I'm glad I packed some with me to work tonight. yum yum!
