the other day he got all pissed becuase someone called tracy and the bill for that was like $11. So Ernie got in a fight with him and he took the phone away. But we have the old phone so he wasn't really doing nething there. He kicked us out of the house. He locked the front door but like a fucking idiot he didn't lock the back door.
He's been mad at Ernie ever since the phone incident. Yesterday, Ernie got tested again. He didn't have enough time to take his niacin. He faild. My cousins from Washington showed up as he was getting tested. He was gunna give us some bud but he couldn't find where he put it. Then Ashlee's mom and dad showed up. My dad made Ashlee go talk to them. Then my dad started talkin to them. And then he found out that Ashlee wasn't going to school. blah fucking blah
After that we left and smoked. We came home and I was on the computer with the head phones on and I was talkin to Rob. I told him how Ernie faild his test. I also told him that my cousin was gunna give us bud but couldn't. I heard people talking and Adam and my dad was standing right behind me. Adam was like "i was asking you dad if he was talkin to you" and my dad was all "no I was standing here reading what shes writting" so I was like fuck. He stood there for a while. Then later he came back and was like "so you sit on this thing and talk to people?" and I was like "yes dad" and then he's like "jimmy couldn't get you ne drugs huh?" I was like "nope!" and then he said "well have fun while it last" like he's threating to take the computer away or something.

Today my dad comes home and he goes up to ashlee and is like "you didn't go to school again today?" and ashlee said no and then my dad's like "ok" Then he comes and goes "amber are you going to school" and I was like "yes" so we went out for a cigarette and my dad comes back in and he says "they say you havn't been to school in a month" and he then tells ashlee that she has to go home and she can't stay her because she doesn't "mind her parents and doesn't go to school" so she "can't run away and move in here"

I heard him talkin on the phone and he said something about being here tomorrow around 4. Well if he thinks he's gunna take me down to school around 4 he's got me hella fucked up. I wont be here. I'll be gone. Stupid mother fucker.

So yeah Ernie failed his test. He has to go to court today too. He has a job interview right before court. He's hoping he will get the job so that's one positive thing at court. He had four drug tests. Each one he fails is five days. So Ernie might go back to juvy for 5 days. It's up to the judge. I hope he doesn't go cuz I don't wanna stay here with my dad for 5 days i will kill myself. Plus today is Sara's 18th birthday. She wants to go to a rave. We found one that everyone wants to go to. But Sara didn't come home last night. If she doesn't come home then we prolly wont go to the rave. But Jen wants to go and as far as I know she is going. I REALLY REALLY REALLY WANT TO GO! I fucking hope we go.
