last night was the jewish youth group thing. it was alright; the only people i talked to pretty much were mr. weisbrod and mr. soloman, because i get along better with the adults than the kids? they were the chaperones or whatever, though, so if i ever went to a "convention," i would be with all the kids. this one kid from my temple was trying to convince this boy to go to the convention this fall and he was bragging about how he got totally wasted last time. i think that my mom wants me to be in the youth group because it will keep me drug and alcohol free, and maybe i'll meet a 'nice jewish boy.' but, i think that it's the same "deal" with these kids, too.

this weekend = good times + some bad shit
