[Despite who he is, his nature is to help people whenever he can. He catches sight of a woman leaning over something, and when he heads over to investigate, he's a little startled with what he sees. He immediately drops down to his knees across from Scully.]

Hold on.

[And he goes on to check breathing, and check for a pulse before looking up inquiringly at Scully.]

I'm not sure of the extent of his injuries. We could damage him further if we move him too soon or too quickly. However, I can't really check him over in these conditions either so... we have to move him very carefully. But where to move him to...? My townhouse is too far from here.
