Turning 25 in Times Square

New $300 laptop, courtesy of standing in line out in the cold at Wal-Mart an hour before they opened today. I'm excited to personalize it (even if it's vista and not the mac I want so desperately but cannot afford) and eventually get my data from my old computer's hard drive and (maybe, hopefully) my external drive. But that'll take awhile because...
ROAD TRIP TO NEW YORK CITY!!!!
My birthday is on Tuesday (twenty five - gulp!), but it'll be awesome because Mason and Megan and I are driving to NYC. We're staying with Sean, whose brother is also visiting, and we have tickets for the Daily Show on my birthday (guest: Thomas Friedman) and the Colbert Report the day after (guest: Bob Woodward). Maybe this time we'll actually get to meet Colbert. Or at least see the damn Statue of Liberty. Third time's the charm.
P.S. kiraboshi - I tried to get in touch with you about a coffee. We'll have to do it when I'm back, if you're not sick of coffee yet.
