gah!!! Deadly spiders hiding in bananas?!? So soon after that one deadly spider killed that British family's dog, and that big brown one (probably not deadly, but phobia-inducing nonetheless)in my room. Gah!!! The spiders are taking over!! NOOOOO!
Anyway, we just had a family here with 4 young kids. The two older ones were girls and the younger ones boys. They were adorable! Man, I miss the interaction with little kids that I used to have at Mundelein Peds.
They were also hilarious to listen to. At one point they were discussing who were the princesses, princes, king, and queen of the family and who would marry whom. And the boy started crying when his sisters kept telling him that Daddy was the king and he had to be the prince. So to placate him they allowed him to be the king. And now I forget what the reasoning was, but when the dad walked out of his meeting with the attorney, the boy proudly asked, "Daddy, will you marry me?" which was wrong and hilarious and adorable on so many levels.
It's gray and raining and forecasted to be like this all weekend. Yippee. Sam's first birthday party in the park on Sunday will likely be a washout.
