Snowday!
Well, the car started. That wasn't the problem at all. The problem was trying to get out of the driveway. I spent 30 minutes stuck halfway on the main road/halfway in the driveway. The car wouldn't budge, and was making some strange sounds whenever I shifted it out of Park.
Eventually, my neighbor (no, farbeyondblue, not Michael Bond) came and used his tractor to pull my car back into the driveway. It was so hard to move it that I was afraid the bumper was going to fall right off. But now it's safely in the middle of the driveway, blocking the snowplow but I tried to move it further in and it won't move. I called into work - they're moving patients around so they can leave by 2:30. I will go without my pills at the pharmacy because I can't drive there and I'm not trudging through a foot of snow.
And I am staying nice and cozy inside, my Christmas lights on, the Sims 2 loaded, and TV remote by my side. I need to catch up on The Office and Grey's Anatomy. Stay warm and drive safely!
