Like Maeby, it's like Twice the Work for me
Having divorced parents does have its advantage: two Thanksgiving dinners, and two Christmases. That is really the only advantage. That, and not having my parents fighting all the time. Okay, so two advantages, and that's it.
I swear that NYC update is coming soon. I have to write it up before I start forgetting things. I also have to go to work in 30 mins, read 290 of a 300 page book (nothing like falling asleep 10 pages in), and write 4-6 pages about that book by Monday night. Not to mention Dad is coming over to work on my car on Sunday, and I have baskets of clothes to put away and others to launder and then put away. Plus, traditionally, this is the Christmas-decorations-go-up weekend.
Busy, busy, busy.
