so i just got home from work and i actually feel pretty good and a little more confident about my competency for this job.
i finally talked to my part and full time sup about management today and i saw my scores on the evaluation that i was so worried about. well the evaluation is pretty much graded on a scale of 1 to 5, one being the worse. if i were to make a 1 on anything, i could pretty much look at not becoming a sup for quite some time. not until another 6 months after the evaluation was taken. well i didnt make anything lower than a 3 on that evaluation bitches! now they have gone and stroked my ego and i am so much more motivated to work now... well at least for this portion of the week. all i need now is a background check and to take the test and i will be on my way to being promoted from there. that could take another few more weeks, but it seems so real to me now than before. and it looks like i chose a great time to remind the sup i was wanting the position because my full time supervisor told me that there would be a lot of new positions opening up soon.
