creative halloween-ness
today was out first house programming event for the campus.
it actually turned out pretty damn well. ten of twelve house people showed up, one of which couldn't come because of a CAB conference in Penn. and the other is, well, brendan and he's been a big issue lately. people from around campus also showed up and it was a lot of fun. a whole two hours of pumpkin carving and goodness. I'll post pictures on facebook at somepoint... they're actually pretty good some of them! and then the whole house cooked dinner together and ate tacos while having a house meeting with our RA, discussing programming, and taking pictures of the pumpkins. and only one person complained, and that was at 8 o'clock during the end of the house meeting when this whole affair started at 430. it was pretty swell. people even did their dishes afterwards.
it was a really excellent experience. and i'm so happy with my house right now! i just wanted to share...
