Remember that time?
Once upon a time 11 weeks ago, I decided I was going to be better about writing in this thing. Apparently, that was a lie. In that time, I flew to Shanghai and settled in along with 14 other students. For four weeks we took classes and had an amazing time. The next two weeks were completely consumed by Special Olympics, and then we spent the next two weeks touring China, including a 5-day visit to Tibet. The experience was pretty much amazing, and I made some friends for life. In general, I do not like China. I probably will not go back unless I need to for a job unless it is to Tibet. There are some cultural differences that I simply could not adjust to, so I stayed in a constant state of offense. Check out this site to see why we were there in the first place:

I am back in Chapel Hill from now on working for a production company until school starts up again in January. Things are going really well with Tyler, and I have pretty much spent the last two weeks baking and watching Lost. Life is good.
