Day 11: A show that Disappointed you.
HOUSE.
I will love this show until the day I die, but the writers have disappointed me in ways I can't even begin to describe.
Hugh Laurie and the rest of the cast are outstanding actors. They can pick up anything the writers tell them to do. As the show progresses, the writers are losing the core of the show. There's not a lot of what made House... HOUSE anymore. Back in the day, before Cuddy HAD to be with House, where there was still Clinic scenes, where they had House solving puzzles... REAL puzzles, and House being downright infuriating and wonderful... That's what I miss. Yes, I still enjoy it, I mean come on it's HUGH LAURIE people. If it wasn't for Hugh and Robert Sean Leonard, this show would have been over years ago.
Day 12: An Episode you've watched more than 5 times
HOUSE: Season 1 Episode 21, THREE STORIES.
I think this is the most watched episode in my dvds. We get to see what made House... HOUSE. What happened to his leg, why he has trouble trusting people, and the reason he's really single. House teaches a class in diagnosis. House decides to discuss three patients with leg pain. As the stories unfold, it is discovered that one of the "patients" is actually House's own experience.
Buffy the Vampire Slayer: Season 3, episode 8 LOVER'S WALK.
Spike's return causes Buffy and her friends to re-evaluate their relationships. Recently dumped by Drusilla, Spike returns to Sunnydale seeking revenge on Buffy and Angel. However, after encountering Willow in the magic shop, Spike decides that he would rather use witchcraft to win Dru back. He then kidnaps Willow and Xander and enlists Buffy and Angel's help in obtaining the ingredients necessary for Willow to perform a spell that will make Dru love him again. In witnessing their behavior towards each other, Spike realizes that Buffy and Angel are still in love and calls their attention to it.
Spike: The last time I looked in on you two, you were fightin' to the death. Now you're back making googly-eyes at each other like nothing happened. Makes me want to heave.
Buffy: I don't know what you're talking about.
Spike: Oh, yeah. You're just friends.
Angel: That's right.
Spike: You're not friends. You'll never be friends. You'll be in love till it kills you both. You'll fight and you'll shag and you'll hate each other till it makes you quiver, but you'll never be friends. Love isn't brains, children, it's blood. Blood screaming inside you to work its will. I may be love's bitch, but at least I'm man enough to admit it.
At the same time, Oz and Cordelia find the captive Willow and Xander in a compromising situation, and Cordelia sustains injuries when running from the scene. Oz dumps Willow, Buffy decides not to see Angel anymore, and Spike heads after Drusilla, to torture her until she wants him again.
I ADORE THIS EPISODE. Not only does it feature the two fave guys on my list, but it also is funny, serious, and heartbreaking all at the same time.
Day 13: Favorite Childhood Show.
RUGRATS.
It was the show I begged my mom to let me stay up to watch. I loved Angelica. <3
