No scarring or maiming; everything seems honkey-dorey as far as physical sameness. There's a haze I cannot explain quite easily. It is as if the wool over my eyes has not been lifted, but turned into THE CRAB OF INEFFABLE WISDOM! -cough- Ahem.

AHAHAHAHAHA. I don't know what I mean, or what I'm talking about. Who am I? Do you know? Do you know who you are? What if "mummification" was the Egyptian way of putting their people in cryogenic stasis in order for them to "leap" into the future? Perhaps that is why they had their belongings with them. Not for an afterlife, but to be brought back to life.
