Summary: After being dropped off in Wales at the end of '18 Seconds', Rose finds a way to kill the 28 year wait before she can go back to London and the life she knew before the Cyberwar, by taking over the Doctor's old post as Scientific Advisor for UNIT. When residents of a UNIT controlled village for temporal refugees start disappearing, Rose arrives to investigate and finds a younger Doctor than she's ever met before. Together, they need to find out what's happening to the residents of the town, and quickly - before they become the next victims!
