i've always found celebrating new year a little bizarre in my own little head.
Why wait til then to celebrate life and the future? I find it forced and uncomfortable. The moments when i celebrate life and the future are supposed to be spontaneous and refreshing and it hardly matters to me whether, in those moments, there are 6 billion people celebrating with me or just me on my tod in my room watching tv.
Those are the quiet moments that shine in a world of grey and give me hope that something might change and there are better days to come! Everyone celebrates differently but for those of you who are celebrating tonight and those who aren't, happy new year and i hope the next 365 days are better than the last :)
