Today I got an email from my Programming lecturer requesting a meeting to discuss "anomolies with [my] assignment" (that one I was whining about a while back).
By that, he means "It looks like you cheated you little slut! Get your arse all the way up to Brisbane on Tuesday, a day you don't normally have to go to uni at all, so I can make my accusations and grill yo' ass. Then after the 15 minutes I've alotted you to prove your innocence OR OTHERWISE, piss all the way back to the GC, hence wasting half of what may otherwise have been a day productively spent upon the next Programming assignment which you're half crapping yourself over." Man is he specific!
Anyway I hope a) he will respond to my pleading and also somewhat affronted reply email and let me see him on a different day or
b) Dad will zip me up and back on the bike so travel is quicker and don't have to waste even more time waiting for trains.
[Nerdy specifics: Incidentally I went back over my assignment to see what anomolies he could possibly be referring to, as I was under the impression that my finished project was perfect. ;) It turns out that on ONE OCCASION I incorrectly referred to a parameter called "answer-list" as "answer-code". In the comments. If that is the common-to-one-or-few-others-but-generally-uncommon error that stood out and made me a suspect I will be mightily annoyed.]
Other than that all is dandy! My illness is rapidly retreating after I spent half the day on the couch, which means less entertaining phlegm-related anecdotes but more productivity? Bah. That really isn't a worthy trade-off.
