Journal redesign time. Boom. I'ma start tagging now as well I think.
Goodness last night I had a fuh-reak out about just not being able to get my assignment-program to work. I even called Dad and he told me to go watch TV and stop thinking about it 'til the morning.
So I did, then when I awoke I redid it from scratch, paring off unneccesary parentheses until BAM! Most unexpectedly, it suddenly returned the correct output! I was absolutely shocked. I hardly knew what to do with myself! In fact I believe I squealed my excitement to Baxter and bunny-hopped around the living room, if I recall correctly.
So yeah I'd been worrying that this whole programming lark was beyond me, but it turns out it's still yet to beat me. Really I'd been doing it right the whole time, just with superfluous brackets, ahaha. And I know a ridiculously easy Scheme program only worth 5% of my unit total is nothing to, er, bunny-hop about. But I'm not singing my praises here, rather those of who's looking out for me! Not time to resign myself to straight animation just yet.
It's funny that my very least favourite class, IT Professional Studies, is actually my favourite to attend now (apart from the lectures. Urgh!) because I so like the people in it. I occasionally ponder, however, how as of next semester when I start my major, almost all my classes will be at Kelvin Grove. So that means I'll never even see the vast majority my current uni-pals and -acquaintances from that point on. Oh well, they are fun times in the meantime!
