job catching update
Erm. Someone from Deloitte just called and asked if I was interested in a HR position with them.
I am rather bemused, because I applied there for a HR Business Partner role two months ago, and received nothing more than a form email telling me that they wouldn't be proceeding with my application. Now they apparently need a second HR Business Partner, but I am rather curious why they contacted me for this role, when they showed no interest in me for the previous one.
Maybe everyone they interviewed was terrible and they had to start fresh. Nice, though, if a bit late. I just officially cancelled my job seeker status with the unemployment office \o/
