Things have finally settled down from my Grandmother’s death. A couple cousins made the trip back to pick up my grandmother’s ashes and take them back to NE. My aunt wasn’t exactly pleased but at least my grandmother’s going back home. They are going to bury her next week.
I have been writing some. The next chapter of Dragon Boy is finished and I’m almost finished on the next chapter of The Hawks. Seduction of a Pet is being looked over by my betareader, and I’m just waiting on the art before I post the last chapters of A Warrior’s Pride. I still haven’t made much progress on Windchaser which is really bugging me. I would like to get that story completed since it is almost finished but I keep getting distracted each time I start working on it. I need to sit down and just work on it, instead of procrastinating. I wanted it finished by the end of Sept and now it is already the middle of Oct. GRRR!
A Warrior’s Pride seems to be really popular. I had a feeling it was going to be good, but I was a little surprised at all the positive feedback on it. Its one of those stories that has a good ending but at some point I could continue on with the story. Ari and Nighteagle are fascinating characters and I think at some point it would be interesting to explore their relationship more, but that is for another day I think.
I posted some character profiles last week on Tir, Drake, and Marek. It gives a little more background info on the character although they do contain some spoilers for the upcoming two or three chapters. More of Drake and Marek’s history is going to come up in the next few chapters dealing with their respective families. I plan on doing it for all the characters in Dragon Boy and perhaps some of my other stories. Already art work is being done for the harem characters. Since Destinyfall is doing all the work on Dragon Boy and The Hawks it will take some time to get all the artwork done for them. If I can find an artist that I like to do Forbidden Desires I will probably do the same thing for it as well although there are fewer characters in that story.
The artwork for The Christmas Present is done and also posted at yaoidesigns a preview is under the ljcut.
