Well, my Neopets account got frozen and I have no idea why. I havent done anything wrong. I dont think I will be getting it back either. I am just so upset. I have lost so much. I dont know if I will even rejoin Neo. I have worked so hard for what I have and look what happened. I also heard alot of my other friends were frozen for no reason at all ( Read more... )

I dont know. I dont know anything right now. All I know is that I am so upset. I have lost so much it isnt even funny. I dont know if I want to start all over. It breaks my heart to even think about it. I got a neomail from TNT, and it doesnt look like I will be getting my account back. From what I hear, it is someone doing this to a lot of people in SOF.... but I am not in there anymore, so I dont knwo what's going on.

I am sooo sorry, and I am highly pissed. I don't know what is up TNT's butt but I think they are freezing people for pathetic stupid reasons. In the long run, they are going to screw themselves. I was suspended awhile back just for saying cool death scene. I mean where is the limit on this crap? If they don't stop freezing people, there isn't going to be a neo because another company will come in and make a better virtual pet site and neo will not make anything because of it.

I lost my whole gallery on SoFGrandma..they froze it..said I was "earning NPs on more than 1 acct". thats BS..I never used that one except to store all my gifts from people..all my snowglobes..yoyos..balls..piggy banks..their all gone :( I feel like you do Amber..I have lost 2 years of items that were very precious to me..I cried so over it. I dont know if I will be coming back with DCReturns even :(
