Done done done....
I am officially gradumatated from CMU, and yet I am still in Mount Pleasant. It really has not hit me that I am done with school cuz of my surroundings. I am staying in MP to do research with a professor so a graduate school will consider accepting me some day. However, I have not even attempted to ask any profs if they need a research assistant...so yeah...I am a slacker. I have been very busy moving into the new apartment and being sick with the worse cold I've had in a long long time. I guess I don't know how to feel about graduating cuz I am still in town...I feel like I am not moving on or something. I got a call from the Rite Aid here in MP and it looks like I shall be starting the first phase of graduated life back in retail. The weird thing is that I kinda miss Rite Aid and I'm glad that I will have something familiar for the time being. I am on the look out for clinical experience, however, and hope to maybe volunteer at the women's shelter here. For now I'm just going to focus on unpacking my room and making it look like less of a disaster. Oh, and Dan is probably going to be staying with me this summer against his parents' wishes...dum dum dum! Well, that is all that is up with me lately. I miss everyone from metro Detroit, and I hope to see some of you over the summer even though I'm up here.
