Bokutach Otoko no Ko Chapter 14

I'm sad about the slightly unsettling light these chapters display Tamio in. I know people can get clingy or slightly creepy about the people they're in love with, and Tamio has always sort of displayed characteristics that suggest he could turn out to be that type...but these chapters just make him look ready to sink to pretty low levels to keep Takashi around, with absolutely no regard for Takashi's wishes or happiness. I know Konami doesn't actually mean to portray him that way, that it's all just for comedy's sake, but I really prefer the, er...less zany humor of earlier chapters to this, anyway. Part of my dislike of it I'm sure is just my little fangirl heart wanting their relationship to be perfect, I'm sure. ^^ Still, later on this...slightly nutsy/clingy with things concerning Takashi aspect of Tamio's personality is actually addressed in a more dramatic bit in a less exaggerated and goofy way, and I actually appreciated it in that case, and prefer it vastly to this. Suffice to say, I'm very glad this arc is over and we'll start getting to the nicer stuff . ^___^
