Favorite SF Books

Since the Kickstarter for Shock: Human Contact asked for my favorite SF books I thought I'd list them here as well, in no particular order. Fantasy not included, and I've no doubt overlooked some, and I left off later books in series.

A Deepness in the Sky, A Fire Upon the Deep, Altered Carbon, Declare, Expendable, Jumper, Little Brother, Old Man's War, Singularity Sky, Soon I Will Be Invincible, The Art of Arrowcutting, The Dragon Never Sleeps, The Warrior's Apprentice, Wasp, Among Others.

I would add CJ Cherryh's Foreigner except I haven't read it yet, given how long that series is. I should probably have included some Alastair Reynolds (his Revelation Space trilogy) and a lot of Heinlein and Niven. And as I'm typing this I'm thinking of others, so I'll stop typing and post.

(Note I'm not saying these are the best, just my favorites based on a 5 minute scan of my shelves.)
