THE Meeting
THE Meeting:
The meeting ended up being with not only the owner of the Company, but my boss's boss too. So here we are, one 20 year old female describing the evilness of her boss to one guy in his mid thirties and one guy in his mid to late 40s. Both were really interested in what I had to say and repeatedly told me I was right for coming to them about what was going on. After saying my piece (and trying to not let my emotions overcome me) the owner summed it up in this way: so you're pretty much busting your tail and she's not pulling her weight. he nailed it. we also have a lot of personality conflicts that we talked about. and what is the resolution? they want us (me and my evil boss and her boss) to sit down and talk this out. this is not something that i am particularly looking foward to. at least i feel much better about this, neither one of them had any idea of what was going on. AND i think i may have convinced them to hire someone else part time to help out with my work load. who knows, only time will tell.
in the mean time, my office mate told me that my evil boss came looking for me while i was in THE meeting. she made some rude comment about knowing where i probably was, insinuating that I was slacking off in Mark's office (which neither one of us have time for when we are at work). she is out to get me, but i think i may have just beat her to it.
