a series of (un)fortunate events
the series of events that occured yesterday and this morning warrant an update.
yesterday afternoon, 2 out of 3 evil bosses were fired. why, you ask? because they were simply too evil and wanted to get rid of us all and take all the money for themselves. fortunately most were on to their evil scheme, and now they are gone. the remaining one is "hanging on by a fingernail" and order is slowly finding its way back into the work place.
other events worth mentioning:
1. ants have invaded my room. after a frantic move to get them all out of my BED, i found them yesterday all in my dirty clothes hammper. i threw all of those clothes into the washing machine and dryer, and this morning i found the lent capturer thing in the dryer full of little dead ants. i was overjoyed.
2. yesterday while walking to class i managed to fall off of my flip flop and hit the concrete. a graceful move, i assure you. today i have a huge lump on my left foot and scrapes all over the other. only me...
3. our virginia woolf presentation went off without a hitch... except for susan informing the class that no man could ever know what sex was like for a woman. the reactions were exciting to say the least.
back to my food and starting to read Villette.
