Prayer for My Mom...
Mom had a colonoscopy. She had a polyup removed. Everything was hunky dory with that...and then they tested it...and it was cancerous.
So, Mom's been admitted to the hospital, and she's having surgery tomorrow (the 22nd) at 12:30 pm (CST). Why? To remove part of the colon to make sure nothing remains.
She'll be in there for 4-5 days, and then recuperating here at home for a few weeks.
And this comes right on the heels of the news that she would only be working 32 hrs a week instead of 40. (This wasn't good news, people).
So, prayer and good thoughts are appreciated at this time.
