ZOMG I love you. This might be one of my favourite pieces of yours. The colours overlaid in the background are superb. I like the roses with the turquoise in the bottom right, and how it fades to a sort of pinky-lilac in the bottom left.

I like the thick ringlet that her hair has fallen into on her shoulder, and the triangular glyph thing on the right.

Plus she DOES look determined, it's awesome. How long did this take you to do?

It's actually something I'm half happy with for once.

It took me ages in the scale of things but as far as actual painting time goes it was probably about 12 hours. But I started it about a quarter way through the year during the first school holiday break and then it went away in the spare room, and I decided to finish it yesterday. So about 6 months.

It's nice and square too. I like square paintings sometimes. Interesting how you can see roses, I have no idea what you are talking about ;) I like that.

How many paintings do you have on the go at once, or sitting there unfinished waiting to be finished?

Well right now I have two more sitting there- one just has a background and the other is nearly finished. I have no idea why I just leave them like that. Bit silly really.
