1. before i got my license, my mom wanted me to pull her car out of the driveway and park it on the street. i had just waked and baked with cory, i backed into a parked car. luckily nothing came of it.
2. 2 days after i got my license, i was pulling into the parking lot at my therapist's office. i realized i was pulling into the pay for parking part, i wanted to back out and go around. there is a little dip in that drive way, so when i backed up, i barely tapped this tiny little sports car that was in the dip, i could not see it, even in my rear view mirror. i had made the TINIEST scratch on her husband's precious car, we exchanged information. but i never heard from her again, the scratch was so small i'm sure their insurance covered it.
3. on my way to coachella in the middle of nowhere, i realized i was about to miss my freeway entrance. in my panick of not wanting to get lost i made a fast right turn, too fast, in slow motion [because my breaks weren't completely stopped] i tapped the wall. it was actually pretty funny, scary at the time tho.
these aren't big accidents, but i just wanted to show you that you're not alone. everybody makes mistakes so don't get discouraged or you'll keep repeating the pattern.
i also agree with you, we shouldnt be allowed to drive these metal boxes weighing tons that can go at fast speeds, its pretty ridiculous when you think about it. death on wheels.
