Yeah, I know what you mean about everybody moving away :/ Of course, I'm one that moved, but even before that, everybody took off. I hear from you, Dani Miller, Breanne, and Mandy Seymour from high school, and that's IT. College? The same. I hear from maybe three or four friends from PSU... and from my days in Altoona, only two friends call me. *sigh*
I miss you, you know that? I was thinking lately of all the fun we had throughout HS. It's not the same. I miss having friends to laugh with and do boring things with. If we move back to NY (the likely scenario later this year), I'm going to have to come visit you!

You know, that's so it. Getting together with people takes, you know, effort now.
New York! How exciting! You must stop by on your way past. I really want to see what we both turned into over the past seven years. (Gosh! Seven! We're ancient. :p) And yes, I have a college friend in Long Island who I'm sure would be willing to meet you. :)
Wait, Adrian is pregnant, too? That is huge news to me...on so many levels as well! j/k. That is awesome news, though. :-)
(BTW, all our GCC coherts have a xanga now: Matt, Jon, Amy, Ken, Jesse, Karin, Me, K-Tel)
Trust me, there is a greater chance of you moving away from this area than for me. If I did ever move, it would be to Richmond to spend the rest of eternity with my bestest friend in the whole wide world. :-)
Oh, by the way, be sure to check out sparrow1029's blog as she is trying to plan a trip to Kennywood. Shweet!
Well, you know Adrian loves to be on the cutting edge. ;)
I DENOUNCE xanga...but...maybe I'll have to start using my blank account to keep tabs on GCC people.... *is a sheep*
And anyway, Mister "greater chance of you moving away from this area than for me", you gave me quite a scare with your little law firm escapade that had a chance of sending you to Philly. That would have sucked quite seriously.
I need to check my summer schedule and reply to Linda's LJ ... it kind of amuses me, we spent like four hours total in each others' company, and maybe ten minutes talking ... it's gonna be fun! :)
1st: You seem to have made a deduction re: Locke that I did NOT get from last week's ep. Why do you say he's "gone"?
2nd: Oh, I know how it is to make friends with people who leave. I stayed in one town my entire childhood/adolescence, and everyone kept on leaving. :-( Then I've been the one to move, to British Columbia and then LA...but people still keep leaving.
I'm very glad that your friend is going to school near you. Treasure the moments!

That's what roommates are for. At least, that's what mine's for.
Isn't it crazy how old friends get on with their lives? It's like, "Now hold on, you're doing WHAT now?"
