Quick Chicken
You know what, I just really love beta-reading people's original novels. In the past year or so I've done four fulls and two partials, and I really get a kick out of it.
Tonight I'm having my car inspected, so I'll get to spend some time in Wendy's reading my sister's ARC of Freaks: Alive, On the Inside!. That's pretty fun so far.
Also tonight: leftover crockpot chicken and a load of dishes. High times.
ETA: I realized that Freaks was by the same woman who wrote Blood and Chocolate, so I was looking for my review of that, and came across this post about the end of Harry Potter 6. Which is interesting in itself! But someone posted a comment anonymously, and I don't know who it was, so if it was you, say hi. I liked what you had to say.
