So I'm watching this thing called "Fear Itself", which I never would have heard of except it was advertised heavily during the hockey game. So far it's the anti-scary and started out along very familiar lines--although it looks like it might end up a little different. If it turns out to be what I think it is--a series of hour-long unconnected horror episodes a la Twilight Zone--I might keep watching. Depending on whether this one is any good.
ETA: Aww, come on. This is sure trying to hit a lot of creepout buttons but I have yet to feel anything beyond mild interest.
ETA: So it turns out that if you compress a derivative horror movie from an hour and a half into forty-five minutes, it's still derivative. That was made of lame.
I love haunted houses and Eric Roberts, so I'll probably watch next week, but this is not shaping up to be a must-see by any means.
