Hee Hee Heroes
Heroes is back, and it does not disappoint. Four scenarios I would be thrilled to follow in the second season of Heroes (in order of likelihood):
1. The immediate aftermath of the explosion
2. A complete rewind of season 1 where they try to correct it
3. Picking up the story five years in the future
4. Going back to watch the first generation (Lindermann, Mama Petrelli, Mr. Nakamura, Claude, Claire's mom) work out their powers just like their children are doing now
My theory is that Mama P's power is to find heroes--a living Cerebro. She is the "tracking system in New York." She's trying to get Claire to Paris and was willing to hide Peter's death because she is in with Lindermann to change the world. Primatech supports the plan as well. The only older-gen hero I can think of who wouldn't is Claude.
Gosh, it is so hard to talk about this show without saying "mutant."
Sylar continues to be awesome, and while I can't conceive how Mohindir failed to kill him while he was down, that's just the way Mohindir rolls, you know? Plus, that means more brain-eating, which is just fine with me.
Incidentally, Bennett+Matt+Ted = OT3. I love shuffling allegiances and groupings and that's one of this show's serious strengths.
