Summary: Nick Jonas is just that weird homeschooled kid whose father is the minister down at the church. He doesn’t have friends, aside from his older brother Kevin. But that changes when Joe falls into Nick’s life. Joe, it turns out, is an alien whose ship crash-landed on Earth. As Nick helps rebuild the ship, he discovers that Joe has a penchant for staring and affection, and the even more shocking discovery is that Nick doesn’t really mind. But it’s not easy to date an alien; there’s distance to think about, not to mention conservative parents.
