Best Effing B-day EVER!
OMG. Saturday was the craziest. I don't even know where to begin. I went to work dressed as a zombie. G had told me that later that night he and Matt Knoy were going to take me to a resturant that they made reservations to but where was a surprise. I get out of work and get home, G and Matt are in full formal zombie get-up. Top hat, canes, bowties, everything. THey blindfold me outside of the car and take me on a drive. I was freaking out the whole time. They keep me blindfolded as they lead me into some building. Its dead quiet. I hear a heavy door creak open. Its cold. I start to think they have taken me to a deserted warehouse or something. THey take off the blindfold and there stands all of my friends in complete zombie prom gear!!! G rented out a room at IUS, decorated it with disco balls, strobe lights, fog machines, balloons, streamers, cob webs, etc. It was amazing! Refreshments table, ballroom dance floor, My name on a giant screen. He made this best prom play list ever! Devin crowned us King and Queen of the undead and we danced to our song, Love Song for a Vampire by Annie Lennox. I cried so damned much. I can't believe he put all of that together. I was so sad bc I really thought that he didn't get around to planning anything. Just a night alone, a romantic evening would have been good, but he outdid himself. My love. It was so authentic, like a real prom. April snuck in a fifth of whiskey and beers so we got to spike the punch even and get trashed on the dance floor! Donna even showed up with the baby bump and all! I just can't believe that many people cared that much to put it all together for me. Sarah and Devin took off work as well as G to get it all set up. I thought they were all at work. And all week it was so hard for everyone to keep a secret from me! lol
Well, After the prom we went to Mag Bar where we proceeded to get blasted drunk. Beenee, one of the bartenders, it was his bday too. As soon as I walk in the door, I jump on top pf the bar and do a couple shots with him... I got freeeeee drinks all night! People still bought me drinks. lol I haven't been that trashed in a long while. I almost got into a fight outside of Cavehill Cemetary. Didn't realize the dudes had guns. Sometimes I am really lucky G knows how to keep me under control, or at least hold me down. lol. Everybody slept over at our place and cuddled on the floor. I can't believe how many ppl came out and raged. I felt so special.
The next morning I had to do some major hang over management and go to Uncle Robbie's place for the Zombie movie. We met up there and looked thru a bunch of his photo albums before heading down to the location. It was crazy seeing those pictures. I was the cutest kid ever. My mom doesn't have a lot of photos anymore. I haven't seen a lot of my dad and family so it really hit me hard. He said tonight I can come grab a bunch of them to copy before we go have beers at Sportstime.
I worked my butt of for that zombie movie. I was really flattered that they used me a lot. But I was exhausted from walking around like a zombie for 5 hours! It was worth it. I had fun with Uncle Robbie.
Last night was Phil and I's joint bday celebration. What a sweetheart. We just hung out at the Levee with Nikki, Justin, and G and some friends a drank and told stories.
I can't wait until this Saturday bc I still have a bunch of fun stuff planned. THis week is just jam packed! TOday I am making sushi for G and I and going to have beers with RObbie. I can't wait to see all the photo albums.
Tomorrow I am doing a lot of housework, working in the yard, and having a me day while G is at work. Until Wick's after he gets off, our weekly ritual.
THursday I am hanging with my Momma and Brothers until I go into the shop for a couple tattoos. That night we are having friends over to watch an ass-ton of Naruto!
Friday I have one more tattoo apt and then no idea what I am doing.
