(no subject)
both my parents got online tonight! and just minutes apart from each other. it was great to talk to them. i can't wait to see them. and mom told me jule can't wait to see me either. i'm getting excited to go back. talking myself into it. =)
but my dad has just been too generous this entire trip. i told him i went and bought more chocolate and souvenirs today and he told me he'd give me more money. so i told him no, he's given me way too much money lately. and i don't deserve any of it. he just told me not to use it if i don't need to. very nice of him!
i've been packing some more. managed to fit more stuff into less space. *proud of myself* haha. it's all about strategic placing of stuff and squishing and squeezing it. especially clothing. i'm not worried about the clothes at all. i put my winter and least favorite clothing in the mail home boxes, in the event that anything happens to them.
and...now i have more to go do. i just want to sit and watch tv but i really have to pack more stuff up and pick up. tomorrow i'll do the bulk of the cleaning. yvonne is coming at 7 to help me load my stuff into her car and then i'll clean all the rest of the night.
tomorrow i have to go unregister with the city. i went to do that today, but i don't carry my passport around with me and hadn't planned to do it when i'd left, so i never grabbed it. funny, but you can mail in a form and not need your passport, but if you go to do it in person you do need one. soo, that's another thing to take care of tomorrow.
i'm hungry again. but (surprise, surprise) not for chocolate! so maybe i'll eat some more after all..
