haha. you know, i've not had any problems. though most people do react a bit surprised sometimes, like i'm an exception or something. i've also been told that most of the americans they've met are also pretty untstereotypical. i guess it's that the ones who DO fit the stereotypes are the kind that just stay at home (in the states). whereas those who do care about other countries, know/want to know more about them and the people, and students, of course, are more likely to come here to europe, and that could be why. so yeah. no problems at all. i think i might have had problems, though, were i a bush supporter.....

thanks! that's nice of you to say! =) i'd like to think i adapted all right. maybe too well, it will be difficult readapting to the states. reverse culture shock is worse than "real" culture shock. and yeah, two suitcases would be good enough, but i'm even now considering having a third. soooo. it's doable. if you could have seen how much crap jason had today and there were only two of us.

and yep! döner kebab. they're similar to gyros, as well they should be considering the two cultures are so (geographically) close. but they have more sald in them than gyros do, that's one of the main differences. they're both sooo yum!
