Adagio Teas Rocks
Right now I am in love with Adagio Teas. About a year ago I ordered the TriniTEA Tea maker from them. It is wonderful and lovely. I use it just about every day. It's like a coffee pot but for tea - there is a three chambered system that boils the water, brews the tea, and keeps the tea hot! The great thing is that you can set the timer for any setting between 1 and 7 minutes so that all the different teas can be brewed properly. And, it has two heat settings so that you can use slightly lower temperature water for the more delicate white and green teas.
Then, it broke. I'm not sure how but the spring that holds the tea in the brewing chamber broke. I was very sad and upset. I emailed adagio to see if I could get a replacement part or if someone could tell me how to fix it. Well, even though it was out of warranty, they said send it to us and we'll send you a FREE replacement!!! That was totally awesome!
It came in a few days ago and it has been wonderful to make tea every day in it again. And, they have a lovely selection of loose leaf teas on their website. I do order from them occasionally (mostly for pi lo chun and some of the seasonal flavored teas).
