Let's talk about sex, baby... Err, I mean BASEBALL!!
Here I sit at Miller Park. Cheering on my hopefully World Series bound Brewers. And I want to talk baseball.
Who are your favorite teams and why? Who do you feel is in the running for the MVP or Cy Young award? What are your baseball memories?
Mine are, as many others might be, from my childhood. I was born in Milwaukee and spent my first ten years there. We lived within walking distance of the old County Stadium and would go to games almost weekly. After we moved to the Madison area, I wasn't exposed to baseball very much and my parents never watched either. So my childhood love fell away and I sort of forgot about it. My main love during this time was football. Until three years ago, that is.
My friend threw her brother a birthday party that involved taking a party bus to a Brewers game. And, just like that, BAM!! My love came back. I renewed my obsession with a vengeance and now pretty much eat, sleep and breathe brewers.
